The questions and assessment in the Improvement Juggler® for the Public Sector are based upon the most widely used business planning and improvement tool throughout Europe, the EFQM Excellence Model©. Improvement Juggler® has grown out of practical experience of working with a range of public sector organisations, Central and Agency, both small and large, and recognising the challenges that face leaders and managers as they manage their organisations and deliver increasingly effective and value for public money services.
Improvement Juggler® has grown out of practical experience of working with small and medium sized organisations and recognising the special challenges that face leaders and managers in these sizes of organisation. However, as the individual circumstances of all organisations differ, professional advice should be sought before making changes in any of the areas suggested by the Improvement Juggler®. |
